My husband and I were scrambling to find a company on short notice to come out on a Saturday to look at and thoroughly clean our dryer vent. From my experience, ProVentAir provides nothing but Top Notch, A+, 5-Star Service all the way! I called and spoke to Al, the company owner, and not only was he able to accommodate my request for service on a Saturday afternoon, but his technician arrived promptly (exactly when they said they would - no waiting around for hours - imagine that.) Joe was professional, courteous, careful and neat around my home (before, during and after cleaning), and very friendly as well! He took a picture before cleaning and after cleaning and I was blown away at the workmanship. Outstanding customer service and reasonably priced too. I thought, for sure, it would cost an arm & a leg with how the prices of everything has skyrocketed these days. Al quoted me a price and that's exactly what I was charged. No gimmicks, add ons, or "upsells." Before googling ProVentAir, I was having a tough time finding someone on short notice willing to work on a Saturday, who was reliable, reputable, and affordable to clean out my dryer vent as it was blocked and "gunked up" but the dryer is working beautifully now, and I owe it all to ProVentAir. This company is Aces! They're my new "go-to" company for vent cleaning, bar none. I highly recommend these guys without hesitation! Thank you, Al and Joe.

Communication was excellent. The job entailed a lot more than I though but they handled everything flawlessly. The job entail removing ducts that were leaking lint into the ceiling and the flex piping from the dryer had breaks in it spreading lint. The ducts leading to the outside vent had to be replaced, from the outside vent to the dryer. The ducts were concealed in the ceiling which had to be removed to access the ducts. The Pro Vent Technicians put in new ducts, sealing seams and securing the ducts. At the end they put in new sheet rock to replace what had to be removed, taped and spackled it. The end result was fantastic. I would hire then again and recommend them.

Alfred was really amazing! He was so polite and thorough and clean. He cleaned our vent work and identified and replaced damaged venting. I would highly recommend him!!

They worked very quickly to clean out heating ducts that had not been cleaned in many years. I am very happy that now I will not have dust blowing out into all the rooms. Definitely hire these guys to clean our your heating ducts.

The technician that came, was very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and affordable . He explained to me, what needed to be done, with my dryer vent, and was very efficient , and left my house clean. I noticed also, he wore booties, over his shoes, which I thought was a very nice touch, and I appreciate it very much. I will certainly be using ProVentAir, again, next year.
